The 9.5Ltr Vogue Tri-Wall heavy duty stew pan is a truly versatile addition to the professional kitchen. Benefiting from the advanced tri-wall design, the pan has an aluminium thermocore sandwiched between stainless steel walls. This means you get an exceptionally even heat distribution throughout the base and walls of the pan which eliminates hot-spots and reduces food waste - a much more advanced solution in comparison to traditional single-metal pan designs.

The high capacity Vogue pan can be used almost anywhere. Whether it's going in the oven or on the induction hob, it's easy to position thanks to the built-in sturdy handles. And thanks to the clever curved lip, it's simple to pour the cooked contents with little mess or spillage. Once you've finished, the pan is dishwasher safe too, so it's fast and easy to clean when required.
