The Hobart ECOMAX PLUS 515L Dishwasher features an extra-large wash chamber, designed to accommodate trays up to 600 x 400 mm. This makes it the perfect choice for bakeries and other businesses that require a larger wash chamber. Building on the robust features of the standard Ecomax dishwasher, the Ecomax Plus series offers superior wash power, enhanced energy efficiency, reduced noise levels, and ease of use.

An output of 60 racks per hour, which can wash up to 8 trays (600x400) per cycle, is ideal for busy periods when you need clean glasses continuously. Using only 2 litres of water per cycle, this Hobart uses less water than standard glasswashers. Its versatile design ensures it meets the needs of businesses with higher volume washing requirements.
