This add on kit allows you to customise your 610mm deep Cambro Basics Plus storage rack to make it easy to store and separate kitchen equipment and tableware. Each panel is designed with 7 rails spaced 2 inches apart allowing you to store an array of kitchenware.

The storage racks have molded-in antimicrobial Camguard which inhibits the growth of mold, fungus or bacteria, removing the risk of cross contamination. They can also be safely run through commercial dishwashers, in order to provide a quick turnaround service.

Vented shelves provide optimal airflow around perishables stored in coolers or freezers, so your food remains fresher for longer. These shelves can withstand temperatures between - 40°C to 177°C allowing them to be placed in fridges, freezers, as well as holding hot pots and pans.
