Designed for continuous daily use, these knives feature a Rockwell hardness rating of 56˚ for excellent durability and are incredibly easy to clean. The knives can be used throughout most preparation tasks and are ideal for slicing through anything from joints of meat to fine herbs and spices. Once used, it's recommended to handwash these knives to preserve the sharpness of the blade.

This Dicks knife set comes complete with a premium quality wipe clean knife wallet, ensuring knives are kept safe and protected. The set includes: an 260mm (10") chef knife, an 180mm (7") fillet knife, an 80mm (3") paring knife and a 110mm (4.5") serrated utility knife.
