The Matfer Bourgeat Exoglass whisk has the advantage of a low inertia making it perfect for cooking. Whether it's mixing batter for cakes or to whisk egg whites to form the perfect peak, these whisks can withstand 22°C which is higher than standard whisks.

The whisk has been made with wires that are welded into place guaranteeing a strong and sturdy whisk without the worry of them pulling out.
