Each kit contains a board for raw meat, raw fish, raw poultry, fruit and veg, cooked meat, allergens and dairy.

The chopping boards have a heigh-density which makes them far more robust than standard chopping boards and can last longer in the busy environments. The 20mm thickness means no oils or juices will run through the board, preventing foods from soaking into the work surface.
