Dividing and rounding vast quantities of dough has never been easier. Using this bench-mounted OEM dough divider and rounder takes all the effort out of your pizza base preparation. It's capable of handling high volumes with fast turnarounds, dividing up to 30kg of dough into equal size portions at a rate of up to 1,200 pieces per hour. The machine is supplied with one dividing cone and rounding bell. A choice of eight sizes are available from 35mm to 70mm - we'll confirm your chosen size once your order is placed. Whichever size you choose, you're guaranteed a low variance in portion size which significantly lowers the chance of burns during the baking process.
