Ideal for high output areas such as wholesalers, central production kitchens or busy salad bars, the Sammic effectively and reliably dries up to 12kg of vegetables per cycle (that's around 12-15 lettuces), leaving the product clean and crispy. The top-mounted push-button control panel is completely watertight and regulates the two-speed motor - allowing you to choose one, two or three minute cycles as required.
