Constructed with stainless steel, this bain marie is highly durable and easy to wipe clean once used. This bain marie fits 1/1 gastronorms, allowing you to heat large volumes of food simultaneously, perfect for both front and back of house.

Simply add water to the internal pan, allow to heat up and then place your gastronorm pans over the top (sold separately). Gentle wet heating keeps food warm without burning or drying out. And once you're all done, the whole Nisbets Essentials unit is easy to drain down and clean. Includes built-in boil-dry safety protection.
