3. Important Delivery Information
. "Order Fulfillment: We source small goods based on real-time supplier availability. In rare instances, an item may sell out at the supplier level right as your order is placed. If we cannot fulfill your item, we will contact you within 24 hours to offer an immediate full refund or an alternative product."
- Exclusions: This matrix is not applicable for Refrigeration, Chairs, and large/heavy items. Please contact our team at info@supplyshop.com.au for pricing on bulky goods.
- Kerbside Delivery: Delivery of cooking machines, refrigeration, and flat-pack furniture is made to kerbside only. Drivers cannot negotiate lifts or stairs.
- GST: All delivery prices listed above are GST exclusive.
- Stock Availability: Estimates are based on items marked [✓ In Stock]. Backordered items will be dispatched together once the full order is available.
- Timeframes: Freight times are a guide only. SupplyShop is not responsible for unforeseen courier delays, sometimes the delivery may be late depends upon the courier company but we will notify the updates.
4. Warehouse Pickup
Customers picking up from our warehouse must confirm box dimensions in advance. All refrigeration must be transported upright. SupplyShop reserves the right to refuse loading into vehicles deemed unsafe or unfit for transport.
5. Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns
Goods may be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement within 30 days, provided they are unused, in saleable condition, and in original packaging.
- Exclusions: Hygiene-restricted items, special-to-order goods, and "last-in-line" products may be non-returnable.
- Shipping Costs: Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by SupplyShop management.
