Easy to operate just place food in the entry chute, select the cook program and the machine automatically fries. It also shakes during cooking to deliver precisely cooked food to a receiving tray beside the machine. Providing consistent results time after time, regardless of staff skills. With 2x 10.4Ltrs you can cook multiple ingredients simultaneously for a faster service.

Most importantly, each AutoFry features an in-air filtering hood, along with a Fire Suppression system, eliminating the need to install expensive venting systems in the kitchen.
