The Versigen 3FBM Mobile Bain Marie with hot cupboard helps to keep food attractively presented and ready for service. The bain marie section can accommodate three full size (1/1GN) gastronorm pans (sold separately), meaning the unit has an impressive capacity for its size. In addition, as the bain marie uses dry heat, there's no need for separate water pans or filling.

The built-in gantry provides quartz heating and hygienically highlights the food to ensure an attractive display. Inside, the fan assisted heating is both efficient and effective and can be lifted out easily to aid cleaning.

Please note: gastronorm pans are sold separately. No technician is required to set up this machine, it is advised to consult with an electrician if you're unsure on your current circuitry setup.
