A patented chamber humidity-injecting system keeps a consistent temperature and humidity within the chamber. The magnetic seal on 4 sides of the door ensure that the fridge door stays closed with an airtight seal.

A quick-release heated core probe with 4 measuring points creates a uniform temperature distribution - cooling the entire chiller simultaneously. The control-activated chamber sanitisation system with active ions (HI-GIENE) prevents the chiller from retaining germs and contamination - helping it to retain hygiene.

A 7" touch screen colour display with control interface provides you with the ability to change functions when needed. With a number of functions, this SBM-061-HA-R290 blast chiller can be managed immediately and precisely, individually or by connecting them in a single flow. Some functions include positive & negative blast chilling, thawing, proofing and retarder-proofer, pasteurization, slow cooking, maintaining temperature, and drying.

This Friulinox blast chiller comes with a USB connection allows you to upload and download data/recipes, photo-identifiable processes and IoT connectivity as standard. This blast chiller can fit 6x 1/1 gastronorm trays.
