The 290Mj/hr output with 8 inline, cast-iron burners helps to provide a fast and even cook - ideal for steakhouses, pubs and bars with a high table turnover. 1335mm griddle plates is large enough to grill multiple ingredients simultaneously.

Separate left and right-side heat zones and adjustable gas switches allow for multiple foods to be cooked simultaneously at different temperatures. A high temperature firebox and hoods easily stores and radiates heat. The practical food tray holder at the front allows you to keep food before or after it's been grilled.

Adjustable legs from 125mm to 150mm allow for a difference in height, reducing the need to bend over the griddle. Easy to remove grills and grease tray provides easy cleaning.
