Useful for keeping plates and meals hot whilst in transport from the prep kitchen to the diner, the polypropylene base is well insulated and, when combined with the Ken Hands plate cover, will create a sealed unit that will keep meals hot until they are at their destination. Between uses, the virtually unbreakable bases can be washed in a commercial dishwasher.
