The Hobart ECOMAXPLUS 515 dish & glasswasher is designed for budget-conscious operators seeking enhanced comfort and performance. Building on the features of the standard Ecomax dishwasher, the Ecomax Plus offers superior wash power, improved energy efficiency, reduced noise levels, and greater ease of use.

An output of 60 racks per hour, 1,080 plates per hour or 2,160 glasses per hour is ideal for busy periods when you need clean glasses continuously. Using only 2 litres of water per cycle, this Hobart uses less water than standard glasswashers. Its versatility in washing both glasses and dishes makes it an ideal choice for Bars, Pubs, Clubs, Bistros, Cafés, and fast-food restaurants.
