This colour-coded chopping board set from Hygiplas includes six 30cm x 22½cm boards individually coloured for use with each specific food group. Robust and reliable, the low density polyethylene (LDPE) material will protect your work surfaces while withstanding the demands of busy commercial kitchen use.

Carrying out your smaller prep tasks on these non-toxic, non-absorbent and easy-to-clean boards will significantly reduce the risk of cross contamination. Each kit contains a board for raw meat, raw fish, raw poultry, fruit and veg, cooked meat, and dairy.

Where possible please wash by hand using a non-chlorinated solution. For LDPE it is advised that washing in a dishwasher could cause warping & bowing of the board.
