Olympia Chafing Fuel Holder with Damper

Essential for operating a chafing dish safely, this fuel holder from Olympia will protect staff or customers from the potentially high heat of the chafing fuel casing. A rotary operation damper is fitted to the holder, enabling the flow of heat to be raised, lowered or extinguished safely.

Please note it is extremely important to place fuel in the holder and mount it on the chafing dish stand before attempting to light. Please allow sufficient time for the fuel can to cool before attempting to remove it.
