Designed for holding the temperature of melted chocolate for food coating applications, this chocolate Bain-Marie takes various gastronorm pans. The wet only operation, and self-resetting thermal safety cut-out help to prolong the machine while producing the highest quality of chocolate. A double skin tank helps to keep the chocolate warm inside even when it's been turned off. This Bain-Marie is thermostatically controlled with a temperature range of 20Λc to 50Λc.
