With a blade rotation speed of 1,500rpm this Robot Coupe machine is able to process ingredients to the ideal consistency no matter the size. The Robot Couple R211XL is supplied with four discs as standard (2mm & 4mm slicer, 2mm grater, 4x4mm julienne).
