Easily control the temperature of this 8Ltr fryer with the dial thermostat on the top of the machine. Also built into the machine are a digital timer and alarm, helping you keep your cooking consistent and avoid burning or undercooking.

Once you're done for the day, the Apuro single-tank electric fryer is easy to clean and maintain. The front-mounted valve allows you to drain oil from the fryer without the need to lift heavy pans of oil - simply put a container underneath and open the tap. The V-shaped pan enables more oil to be drained away, leaving it ready for cleaning and refilling, while the stainless-steel lid helps protect the oil until the next cook.
