This Buffet warmer has discrete under counter mounting for use under stone benches. An installation kit must also be ordered to mount the warmer and works on stone, quartz, ceramic & concrete with bench thickness between 10-30mm. The reliable circuit board has been designed to operate continuously for 12 hours. A LED display make it easy for staff to identify which controls they need to use. The automatic pan sensing and over-temp shut off make using this cooker incredibly easy and reduce the worry about fire safety.
